Yes, onions and garlic aren't for everyone; neither is spinach. But pineapple is great for digestive issues and the stomach, turmeric is excellent as an anti-oxidant, and ginger does the same along with helping digestion too. Avocados are outstanding for protein too; its natural oils are great for the body for maintaining inner heat. Olive oil also does this and aids the heart. Nuts are outstanding for energy, protein, and oils.
