Alkaline food for health
Alkalize your body!! I MUST emphasize the importance of this--and I'm just as sorry for the delicious things that I USED to enjoy so much that are now more-or-less out-of-bounds. No, this doesn't mean NEVER EVER consuming them--but be more aware that acidic foods also drain the nutrients from our bones. And I also am sure that an alkaline diet is necessary to help overcome the dangers of cancer.
